24 Hour Service

• 24 Hour Service is available on selected catalogue items when indicated with a 24 Hour Service Icon. An additional charge of 30% will be added on item price when this service is used. Standard products, standard imprint colors only and overnight shipping must be specified. An overnight account number with either UPS, Fed-EX, Purolator or any other courier company and approved artwork must be included with your order. For orders larger than 5,000 pieces, call factory for availability of stock before sending purchase order. (We do not send overnight shipments under our account.)

72 Hour Service

• 72 Hour Service is available on selected catalogue items when indicated with a 72 Hour Service Icon. An additional charge of 25% will be added on item price when this service is used and is subject to availability of the product on hand at the time the order is received and based on a five day work week, excluding holidays.  We may need 3 extra days of production time when ordering items with second side or additional color imprint. Production time does not include the day the order is received in factory and begins after approval of credit, item and paper proof.

5 Day Service

• 5 Day Service is available on our entire catalogue and items will indicate a 5 Day Service Icon. An additional charge of 20% will be added on item price when this service is used and is subject to availability of the product on hand at the time the order is received and based on a five day work week, excluding holidays.  We may need 5 extra days of production time when ordering items with second side or additional color imprint. Production time does not include the day the order is received in factory and begins after approval of credit, item and paper proof.

Standard Service

• Two to three weeks, except if otherwise specified and is each item will indicate a Standard Service Icon and no extra charge. Delivery time is based on availability of merchandise. Larger orders may require a longer delivery time. Production time does not include the day the order is received in factory and begins after approval of credit, item and paper proof.
