Urbano International is a supplier to the promotional products industry, selling exclusively through industry registered distributors only. This site is designed as an information sales tool for our distributors. All non-industry visitors to our site are requested to contact your local Advertising Specialty Institute Distributor or your Local Promotional Products Association Distributor member.

Purchase Orders

When placing an order, please specify the deadline date required and the appropriate method of shipping to meet your deadline. If the method of shipping is not specified, we reserve the right to ship overnight air service to meet your deadline date and these charges are billable. Please be sure to supply enough addressed labels when shipping under your labels, otherwise $10.00(G) per label will be charged. E-Mail and Faxed Orders are accepted to facilitate quick expedition of your order.

Art Proofs

Our Art department will automatically E-Mail or Fax a copy of your artwork (paper proof) and will need approval before production. Paper proofs are at no charge, sample proofs on all products are $40.00(G) plus product priced at end quantity in addition to screen charge and/or plate charge per color.

Artwork and Other Charges

  • $7.50 (G) minimum for artwork or $45.00(G)/Hourly Rate.
  • $7.50 (G) minimum for typesetting or $45.00(G)/Hourly Rate.
  • $7.50 (G) minimum for touch-ups or $45.00(G)/Hourly Rate.
  • Copy change and/or color change $50.00(G).
  • Less than minimum quantity charge $60.00(G).
  • PMS color matches: $50.00(G) and please allow 3 extra days of production. Please note that PMS Matches are not Available on glassware, ceramic mugs and hot-stamped products (i.e.: vinyl products).

Artwork can be sent as a black and white and/or color separated, E-mail artwork to art@urbanointernational.comas a vectorized .cdr (Corel Draw), .eps (Encapsulated Postscript), or .ai (Adobe Illustrator). High quality rasterized images are also accepted. Art department will use, at their discretion, an art layout that is most suited for the product, if not specified with order. For best results, 50 to 60 dpi halftones are recommended.

Cancelation Fees

Written cancellation acceptable provided payment is made for work done to date. A minimum charge of $7.50(G) will be billed if order confirmation and acknowledgement has been E-mailed or Faxed.
